Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Tuesday evening will hold a special meeting with Defense Minister Yoav Gallant (Likud), National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir (Otzma Yehudit), and Strategic Affairs Minister Ron Dermer (Likud) to discuss the issue of nationalist violence.

The meeting follows incidents of violence on Shabbat (Saturday) near Ateret, and the rejection of Binyamin Region Brigade Commander Eliav Elbaz from a mourners' home on Monday.

According to reports, during the events, rocks were hurled by both sides, and reports were received of Israeli civilians setting fire to the Arabs' property.

Channel 13 reported that in addition to the ministers, representatives of the IDF will also participate in the meeting, raising civil issues in Judea and Samaria, such as the need to secure roads.

On Sunday, an IDF soldier was arrested on suspicion that he had taken part in a violent clash between Israelis and Palestinian Authority Arabs on Saturday.
