When we think about Israel, the first thing that comes to mind is that the place is full of culture and world-renowned attractions. We don’t think of it as a country that is splashing in wealth, especially as there are still ongoing wars in the area. Still, Israel is a richer country than we thought – and most of that can be visible through real estate.
It Started With the Pandemic
The entire plan to show off Israel’s beauties was started out by the CEO of the Montefiore Real Estate Group, Roie Kaner. At the beginning of 2020, everything seemed to be shutting down, and the world along with all of its businesses was to be placed on hold. Kaner would not have that, and he attempted to find numerous ways to spark people’s interest and keep them engaged – even if they were not physically there.
As Kaner’s luxury boutique real estate company was catering to international clients, he saw a lot of potential in virtual tours. Real estate was changing, and Kaner started to look for ways to get their business going. FaceTime was great, but in order for the clients to actually see the details of a house, they had to be able to slow down. As a result, Kaner and his team decided on personalized home tours.
This was when his attention was drafted to Israel. As a professional broker, Kaner had a good eye for properties, which led to the creation of the Luxury Listing of Israel. Kaner even created a YouTube channel where people from all over the world could take a detailed tour of the property, without having to go there themselves. With the digital revolution, new opportunities were born.
Showing Off the Potential
Roie and his team had one plan: to prove that Israel is not some deserted land and that it is actually full of luxuries. This can mainly be seen from the properties that were erected. From villas to mansions, Israel features some of the most beautiful and well-made buildings – ones that only rival L.A., New York on London. His broker blood was boiling, and he felt the need to show this to the whole world.
He partnered with a variety of ECN brokers and put together the details of the project. They picked some of the best properties, offering comprehensive information about each of them and leaving out no detail. They would film properties in locations such as Herzliya, Jaffa, Tel-Aviv, and Netanya.
The details in the videos are most appreciated by the viewers, mainly because they have the ability to pause, zoom, and actually see what the house looks like. This way, they can decide whether they want to go through with the purchase or not.
The Bottom Line
Israel is a country with plenty of opportunities – something that is significantly visible through its real estate. And one real estate broker from Israel took it upon himself to show it to the world. Now, people from all over the world can see everything that Israel has to provide, without even having to go there.
