Israeli Prime Minister Yair Lapid spoke Thursday with Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, focusing on the future cooperation between the countries.
In their conversation, Lapid thanked Albanese for his commitment to the State of Israel and for Australia's commitment to fighting antisemitism and BDS.
The two leaders also agreed to continue deepening the cooperation between the two countries.
In addition, Lapid invited Albanese to visit Israel.
Albanese took office in May, after defeating incumbent and former Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison.
