US abortion debate - are Dems into child sacrifice?
US abortion debate - are Dems into child sacrifice?

Are we back to child sacrifice?

If I know nothing about the ethics of abortion, I’m in good company. Nobody else does, either.

From the time Roe v. Wade was passed in 1973, it’s been each state for itself…so that’s 50 different opinions as to when life really begins.

There have been, according to reliable estimates, 50 million abortions from then to this moment as we speak.

Do we speak wisely? This is a column that needs help figuring things out, so please jump in, because I am baffled by what’s been going on ever since the Democrat governor of Virginia, Ralph Northam, opened his mouth. I welcome opinions, but only from decent and smart people.

So…I’ve done the research and now know less than I did before. Jewish Law, it appears, stands against abortion…unless the mother’s life is at risk.

Do I have that right? Let me know. Anyway, that makes sense. To me at least. As I’ve already said, I know nothing, and even about that I am not so sure.

As for US Law, it’s up to the mother. If she wants an abortion, she gets an abortion. I’m keeping this simple because then comes the question of when life begins, and this is not so simple.

If you ask me, life begins from the moment a man invites a woman to a candlelight dinner.

If you ask the Democrat governor of New York, Andrew Cuomo – well, for him, life almost never begins. He just signed a bill that okays abortions up to near birth.

Ralph Northam, Virginia’s governor, figured azoy…if you can do that, I can do this, and here he is pontificating that abortion is okay even after the baby has been delivered. Yes, AFTER.

Do I read that right? If so, we are well past abortion and deep into murder – if, as I say, I read him correctly.

Fox News says that I was not hallucinating when I heard him make that remark, and quite a few of them were as shocked as I was…as were millions of Americans, even those who support Roe v. Wade – but not, no, not to that extent. The rest of the media could not be bothered, not enough to cover this alarming twist.

They are Democrats and for Democrats it’s all about undoing centuries of Judeo/Christian values. Nothing is sacred. Not even life?

Not even life.

Or so it appears to me, and if I am still correct, we have left the United States of America and have entered Sodom and Gomorrah territory.

If I am still correct, we have left the United States of America and have entered Sodom and Gomorrah territory.
That is where child sacrifice was decreed good and proper.

Back here, this question: what is the difference between life at one minute since birth or 100 years? I say it’s the same. I guess that makes me a God-fearing, MAGA hat-wearing, Jewish, Israel-loving Republican, and if you think otherwise, welcome to the Democrat Party, from where there has been a wall of silence in reference to the governor of Virginia and his stance on life and death.

That is the topic after all and there is no topic more serious than that…and yet from the leading Democrat candidates for 2020 president, Elizabeth Warren, Kristen Gillibrand, Kamala Harris, Corey Booker, it’s been zip. We are still waiting to hear them swear that Northam does not speak for them. Or does he?

That is difficult to believe, and yet the Democrat Party has veered so far into the valley of the shadowy left that we need to be prepared for anything.

It was one thing when they took orders from Chuck and Nancy.

But now it’s the inmates running the asylum, the likes of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib.

They’re setting us up for Palestinian Arab values – such as when they send their children to serve as human shields.

No thank you – but is that what’s coming?
