In the past two years, the Judea and Samaria Division has developed three major long-term campaigns aimed at stemming the next terror wave - a campaign against incitement, weapons, and to curb terror funding.
Tonight, significant achievements were recorded in all campaign objectives, and the Judea and Samaria Division summarizes August with two attacks, making it the month with the lowest number of attacks since the outbreak of the terror wave in October 2015.
In the context of the anti-incitement campaign in Ramallah, IDF forces closed down a printing press that served as a propaganda production source, as well as leaflets supporting the murderer who committed the stabbing attack in Halamish, in which three members of the Salomon family were killed.
Last week, IDF forces arrested a singer and production crew who produced and distributed a song in praise of the Halamish murderer, and confiscated all the recording studio's equipment. That same night, forces closed the Al-Huria radio station in Hevron which regularly broadcast inciting content encouraging murderous activities.

There were also significant achievements against weapons production. As part of an order issued by the chief of Central Command prohibiting holding weapons-like objects that can be converted into or used as firearms and are often used in Judea and Samaria attacks, two shops selling air guns were closed in Ramallah and seven weapons seized. In addition, 18 weapons of various kinds were confiscated in Judea and Samaria over the past two weeks.Last week, forces seized equipment and materials in shops in Ya'abed and Bani Na'im that sold explosives and fireworks from which they improvised field-expedient explosive devices.
In the realm of terrorist funding, forces expanded activities this week and acted against "charitable societies" funding Hamas in Hevron. As part of the operation, 1,800 Jordanian dinars and vehicles used by the organization worth tens of thousands of shekels were seized.
The IDF notes that "Managing campaigns over time persistently damages infrastructures that facilitate terror and the results are visible on the ground. These operations constantly develop into different fields and additional targets."
