Army Radio is concentrating its efforts on recruiting new soldiers to work for both Army Radio and its secondary radio station, Galgalatz.
On Thursday, the commanding officer in charge of Army Radio, Yaron Dekel, turned to the National Religious youth.
"Army Radio wishes to represent, in its broadcasts and in its staff, the rich mosaic of Israeli society," he said. "The youth of the National Religious sector are of high caliber and have a clear value system and Army Radio would be happy to welcome them into the fold, just like we would be happy to have youths from other parts of society."
Dekel also attached a short video clip, that has been shared on social networks. The clip encourages those going into the army to try to be accepted to Army Radio.
