Tragedy during vacation in Mexico: Rabbi Shalom Arush's 4-year-old grandson drowns

Shalom Seginer, the four-year-old grandson of Rabbi Shalom Arush, drowned in a swimming pool during a family vacation in Mexico. He was pronounced dead after prolonged resuscitation efforts.
