Likud reserved spots: Ari Spitz declines Netanyahu's offer

Netanyahu is demanding 11 reserved spots within the top 40 slots on the party list, including five in the top ten. The Prime Minister offers a reserved slot to wounded soldier Ari Spitz, who turned it down.
