Iowa National Guard: Sgt. William Howard, Sgt. Edgar Torres-Tovar fell in Syria

Iowa National Guardsmen Sgt. William Nathaniel Howard and Sgt. Edgar Brian Torres-Tovar were killed in an ambush in the Palmyra area of Syria. Three others were wounded.
