Court removes Shabbat reporting requirement for Samaria resident under house arrest

A military court adjusted the reporting conditions of a local resident under a Judea and Samaria banishment order after his attorney argued that nightly police check-ins, including on Shabbat, forced desecration of the Sabbath.
