Yom Kippur War-era IDF Intelligence Chief Eli Zeira dead at 97

Maj. Gen. (Ret.) Eli Zeira, who led the IDF Intelligence Directorate during the Yom Kippur War and was later cited by the Agranat Commission for the pre-war intelligence failure, passed away at age 97.
