Edan Alexander returns to the IDF; promoted to Sergeant 1st class

American-Israeli Edan Alexander, who survived Hamas captivity in Gaza, was promoted today to Sergeant 1st class in a moving ceremony attended by the Head of the IDF Personnel Directorate.
