“He told me, ‘I forgive him,’”: Father of suspect recounts meeting with victim's father

The father of the Border Police officer who accidentally shot his friend, IDF soldier Yosef Chaim Rabuch, said the act wasn’t intentional. Both fathers wept together and spoke of forgiveness.
