Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke at the International Bible Quiz about the arsonists suspected of intentionally igniting the widescale fires still blazing across Israel.
"We are detaining 18 people suspected of setting the fires," he said. "Our neighbors, who claim that they love the land - speak of burning the land."
