Minister Smotrich: 'The image of victory - the return of residents to the north'

Ministers Smotrich and Elkin published to reimbursement plan for residents returning to northern Israel. Residents will receive a grant of 15,400 NIS for an adult and 7,700 NIS for a child, plus an additional 'vacancy reimbursement.'
