Kibbutz Shomria, located in the northern Negev, announced Thursday that Captain Amit Levi fell in battle in Gaza. Funeral details are yet to be finalized.

"We embrace Hen and the children Zur, Noa, Yonatan, and Zohar," the kibbutz added.
