Tzohar rabbis: Add a special prayer when lighting Hanukkah candles

Tzohar, in collaboration with the Atid Le'Otef Movement, composed a special prayer dedicated to the People of Israel, the hostages and their families, IDF soldiers, and all those who have been affected by the war.
