NY Gov. Hochul orders flags at half-staff on day of Ormer Neutra's funeral

After confirmation that Omer, a lone soldier for Long Island, was killed on October 7, New York Governor Kathy Hochul orders all flags in the state to be flown at half-staff on the day of his funeral.
