Soldier punished for throwing rock on Palestinian Arab vehicle

Soldier from Kfir Brigade threw a rock at a Palestinian Arab vehicle claiming that the vehicle was speeding towards him. IDF says "there was no danger to the life of the soldier who threw the rock."
