Initial inquiry: PO1 Ben Shitrit killed as result of 'rare malfunction'

Israeli Navy Petty Officer 1st Class David Moshe Ben Shitrit, 21 from Geva Binyamin, was killed Sunday morning when an Iron Dome interceptor missile hit his Israel Navy Dvora-class fast patrol ship off the coast of Nahariya.
