Gov. decision: IDF compulsory service extended to 36 months. State Comptroller disapproves

Law of Regular IDF Service was unanimously approved by the cabinet. Soldiers enlisting in the next 5 years will serve 36 months. State Comptroller: 'Extending service without recruiting Yeshiva students and sharing the burden is not constitutional.'
