Israeli man hospitalized with deadly brain-eating amoeba

Health Ministry says 25-year-old man in critical condition after likely contracting naegleriasis, a condition caused by the amoeba naegleria fowleri, at Kinneret beach. The disease has a fatality rate of nearly 100%.
