United Hatzalah volunteer EMT Yaakov Golman, who provided initial treatment to the wounded man, reported: "We were told at the scene that the young man was wounded by gunshot. We provided him with medical assistance at the scene and he was then transported to the Meir Medical Center, while his condition is defined as mild at this stage."
