House rebukes Biden for withholding Israel aid, 16 Democrats vote in favor

Israel Security Assistance Support Act, which condemns Biden's posture on Israel’s military action in Gaza, passes in a 224 to 187 vote. Biden has already said he will veto the bill if it clears the Senate.
