Drone had eyes on shooter for an hour, battery died before helicopter arrived

Drone from nearby settlement had visual contact with terrorist who murdered Sergeant First Class Ilay David Garfinkel for an hour, but the chance to end attack without casualties was lost when the batteries died before a combat helicopter could arrive.
