The "Palestinians" are just an excuse

Why are America and the West the ones who give Palestinian Arabs millions annually while 25% of the world, 1.8 billion Muslims (as opposed to the Jews who are 0.2 of the world's population in a tiny land), ignore those they claim to care so much about? Op-ed.
