Qatari PM: 'Breakthrough in negotiations to free hostages'

Qatar's Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani has said that there is a "certain breakthrough" in negotiations to free the Israelis held hostage in Gaza. He added that he hopes to see additional hostages freed soon.
