Israeli Ambassador to the UN Gilad Erdan thanked his US counterpart Linda Thomas-Greenfield, who vetoed the Brazilian proposal for a ceasefire.
Eradan is expected to demand that the UN Secretary-General apologizes for "preferring the lies of the Hamas terrorists who kill babies, without fact checking, over the truth that Israel presented regarding the explosion at the hospital in Gaza.
