Report: Biden's Israel trip announced after Netanyahu promised aid to Gaza

The Washington Post has reported that US President Joe Biden's trip to Israel was not announced until the US received commitments from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for a humanitarian package for Gaza.
