Parallel to this, Magen David Adom reported: "Following the recent Red Alert sirens that were activated in the Sderot region: MDA EMTs and paramedics have been dispatched and are currently treating two victims, a young woman approximately 20 years of age and a man around 30 years old, have been seriously injured due to shrapnel. They are being transferred to Barzilai Hospital for further treatment."
