IDF aircraft attacked a military position of the Hamas terrorist organization in southern Gaza overnight Saturday.

The IDF Spokesperson’s Unit said that the attack was carried out in response to a rocket that had been fired from the Gaza Strip toward Israeli territory earlier.

Shortly after 1:30 a.m., one launch from the Gaza Strip into Israeli territory was identified. The rocket exploded in an open area, causing no physical injuries or damages.

On April 28, sirens were heard in the vicinity of ​​Kibbutz Kissufim, located near the Gaza border.

The IDF said that two failed rocket launches from Gaza were identified. The two rockets exploded in Gazan territory, and there is no word of any physical injuries or damage on the Israeli side.

Two days earlier, three rockets were fired from the Gaza Strip toward Israeli territory. Two of the rockets were intercepted by the Iron Dome system. A third rocket exploded in the Gaza Strip.
