Protesters in Kiryat Ono on Saturday night said that a young woman exited a vehicle, pulled out a gun, pointed it at them - and escaped in her vehicle.

Israel Police arrested the young woman together with another suspect, and clarified that the weapon was a fake.

Meanwhile, in Nahariya, a 22-year-old man attacked several protesters at the entrance to the city. He was later arrested.

Also on Saturday night, over 1,000 protesters swarmed Jerusalem's streets, marching from the city's iconic "string bridge" to Paris Square. In Caesarea, dozens of people are protesting outside Israeli Prime Minister BInyamin Netanyahu's private home.

This is the 34th week during which mass protests have been held in defiance of basic pandemic safety protocols.
