Terrorists opened fire towards Border Police fighters who were operating in Jenin to arrest a wanted terrorist overnight Monday. The fighters responded using live ammunition.
The Border Police said that after the arrest, the forces came under heavy fire from several directions, and forces operating at the scene responded by firing live ammunition at the terrorists.
There were no casualties among the Israeli forces.
