Chairman of Otzma Yehudit MK Itamar Ben Gvir commented on the State Attorney's Office's decision to file an indictment against the police officers who abused Haim Mizrahi.
"Violent police officers are criminals who inflict a mark of disgrace on the police, and their place is in prison. This is not an isolated case in which a haredi man was attacked just because he is haredi, but an illegal phenomenon that must be eradicated."
"The haredim are not a punching bag of policemen who think they are heroes and not subject to the law, and the execution of the law with the policemen will be a warning sign to anyone who dares to abuse innocent civilians."
