Two Israelis who were admitted to the Corona Hotel in Dan Panorama in Jerusalem were released yesterday into solitary confinement at their home after threatening to end their lives. This was reported by Channel 12 News.
The two were sent to solitary confinement in the hotel because they were not vaccinated. Both threatened to commit suicide if they were not released to solitary confinement in their home. Following their threats, it was decided in an unusual move to give them special permission to be released home and complete the isolation there instead of in a hotel - provided they were evacuated by ambulance at their own expense.
One of them had already taken advantage of the special permit, ordered a paid ambulance and moved into home isolation. The other has not yet done so, and is still in the hotel.
