Yaffa Issachar arrived Tuesday morning at a Russian prison to visit her daughter Naama after receiving permission for a visit from a judge Monday night.
Naama is being held for possession of nine grams of marijuana. Upon her arrival, Yaffa was prohibited from entering. In addition, it was decided not to allow Naama's request for telephone calls.
