Prime Minister Benyamin Netanyahu thanks Lithuania's Prime Minister for supporting Israel, saying: "thank you for supporting truth, fairness, and Israel."
He also was quoted as saying: "Israel is not treated properly by the European Union and Brussels, it is refreshing to see that you (the Prime Minister of Lithuania) are taking a position of clarity, truth, and courage"
