The military court verdict passing sentence on Elor Azariya criticized former defense minister Moshe Ya'alon, who rushed to sentence the soldier immediately after the incident in which Azariya shot a wounded terrorist.
The judge said that the former chief of staff and defense minister expressed too strong opinion against the Azariya before the picture became clear.
