U.S. President George W. Bush has declared a National Day of Prayer and Remembrance in the U.S., following the catastrophic attacks on New York and Washington. Over 400 Israelis were the first to return home from the U.S. last night. They included Transportation Minister Ephraim Sneh, MK Rabbi Benny Elon, and former Justice Minister Yaakov Ne\'eman. Dozens of Israelis in the U.S. have still not been located following the attacks, but Foreign Ministry officials emphasize that they do not assume that they were killed.
