A resident of Givon HaHadasha, bordering the Ramot neighborhood of northern Jerusalem, was lightly wounded by terrorist gunfire on Friday night. The victim was released from Hadassah Hospital on Mount Scopus the next day... The Jewish neighborhoods of Hevron were again the site of heavy terrorist gunfire over the weekend... Other civilian targets attacked by Arab terrorist bombs and gunfire this weekend included the southern Gaza town of N’vei Dekalim, a motorist from Ganim in northern Shomron, an Israeli vehicle on the Ma\'aleh Adumim-Pisgat Ze\'ev road, and homes in the city of Ariel in Samaria. Military positions were also targeted near the PA-controlled city of Jenin, in Adorayim in the southern Hevron hills, along the Egyptian border, and in the Jordan Valley.

In another kind of attack on civilians, terrorists are suspected to be behind the Saturday night black-out in the Benjamin Regional Council, northwest of Jerusalem. Nine communities, including Dolev, Talmon, Beit Aryeh and N\'vei Tzuf, were without power last night. Arrangements to provide military escorts for the electric company repair vehicles caused an extra delay in the restoration of power.
