An \"escalation\" in the increasingly hostile relationship between Arab citizens and the country in which they live: A cell of 16-year-old Israeli-Arabs from a village in the Galilee has been apprehended on charges of placing a bomb at the Golani Junction, west of Tiberias, last week. The bomb was found by soldiers and was detonated in a controlled explosion, causing no casualties. The young terrorists were awaiting instructions for further attacks from their Fatah Tanzim handlers in the PA-controlled city of Jenin.
