The Yesha (Judea and Samaria) community of Dolev - between Kiryat Sefer/Hashmonaim and Beit El - celebrated the 18th anniversary of its founding this past Thursday night in a gala ceremony. About 1,000 people took part in the festivities, and Tourism Minister Rehavam Ze\'evi told the celebrants, \"In the merit of Dolev, the entire Talmonim-Dolev bloc of communities sprang up.\" HaTzofeh\'s Chani Luz reports that 140 families now live in Dolev, which has suffered for the past 11 months from closed roads due to security concerns. Despite the difficulties, a number of new families joined the community this summer.
