Housing Minister Natan Sharansky has a plan for luring businesses to less developed areas of Israel, from the Galilee in the north to the Negev in the south. He wants to offer incentives to industry to relocate. Sharansky says that previous governments made a big mistake by limiting construction in the Galilee and Negev to private homes. He hopes to change Israel\'s real-estate map by luring industry to major crossroads in undeveloped areas -- ultimately including Judea, Samaria, and Gaza. The Housing and Construction Minister says that industrial rental is sky high in the Greater Tel Aviv area, and businesses need new places to grow. Sharansky plans to present his idea to the government in the coming days. He\'ll be seeking support particularly from Finance Minister Silvan Shalom.
