The European Union and the Governments of Norway and Japan have expressed a willingness to undertake the rebuilding of houses that served as cover for terrorist attacks on Jews in areas under Palestinian Authority jurisdiction. The houses were destroyed by Israeli forces in retaliatory operations. The price tag according to PLO sources is $3 million. The rebuilding and the collection of international funding will be accomplished via the United Nation\'s UNRWA forces.
