"Klita-Talk" [klita means absorption] is a new service provided by the Ministry of Immigrant Absorption together with Bezek, Israel’s national phone company, that allows new immigrants to speak to a representative of the Ministry's Telephone Information Center on line.

The calls are free, but in order to use "Klita-Talk," one must ascertain that their computer is equipped with a sound card, speakers, and a microphone (a headset system is recommended).

The service, using VoIP technology, allows the conversation to be carried out through the Internet and is received as a regular phone call by the Ministry representatives.

The Telephone Information Center, which operates out of the Ministry's Ben Gurion Airport branch office, can still be reached via standard telephone as well at (03) 973 3333.
