PA Prime Minister Ahmed Qureia declared today (Thursday), though, that is it Israel that must engage in “reform,” not the the Palestinian Authority.

The Fatah chief attacked British Prime Minister Tony Blair's planned London meeting on PA reform, saying that the PA was already ready to receive parts of Israel and does not need to reform himself.

"We reject these remarks. They are unacceptable and we are capable, and have the means and expertise for peace and negotiations," Qureia told reporters at a Ramallah press conference. "It is the Israeli side that requires rehabilitation for peace not us."
