Highlights of the convention include addresses today by Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, Chief Rabbis Yona Metzger and Shlomo Amar, and U.S. Ambassador to Israel Daniel Kurtzer. On Thursday, outgoing OU President Harvey Blitz will pass the leadership reigns to his successor, Stephen J. Savitsky, during a gala Thanksgiving Dinner.

We deal with education, outreach, Israel advocacy, hessed programs, and more." In addition, Israel is very much a part of our agenda - and that's why we chose to hold this convention here in Jerusalem."
