The Palestinian boycott of Israeli goods is having its effect on several Israeli companies, and has led to the loss of some 500 million shekels worth of goods. Tnuvah Dairies, for example, has seen its sales to the Palestinian Authority drop by 20%. The Israeli Manufacturers Association is considering announcing a counter-boycott of Palestinian goods sold to Israel. The PA sells some one billion shekels worth of goods in Israel, and the loss of this market would be a great blow to the Palestinian economy.
