The cartoons depicting a gloating Bin Laden
The Palestinian Authority web site has published cartoons depicting a gloating Bin Laden determining the outcome of Tuesday’s American presidential elections.



These were published after the Arab Al Jazeera website Saturday released Bin Laden’s video message to the U.S. in which he taunted President Bush.



One cartoon shows Bin Laden, rifle in hand, triumphantly standing on a large ballot box while candidates Kerry and Bush cower beneath him. The second portrays Bin laden as casting the deciding vote in the elections.



The cartoons are a continuation of PLO policy to admire Bin Laden. It also has encouraged celebration every September 11 and has shown other cartoons mocking America.
