The Jerusalem Magistrates Court has issued a gag order on the investigation of the murder of 18-year-old Yuri Gushtzin, who was buried in Jerusalem last night. He was stabbed and shot to death by Fatah terrorists late Monday night in the Ramallah area after having apparently been kidnapped from near his Pisgat Ze\'ev home. The El Aksa Shahid (Martyr) Brigades of Fatah boasted via loudspeakers throughout Gaza that they had killed the boy. In response, the Zionist Organization of America (ZOA) has renewed its call for the U.S. to place Fatah on its official list of terrorist organizations. The ZOA notes that Prime Minister Sharon told the Washington Post last month, \"I think that some of [Arafat\'s] organizations should be put [on the list], like the Tanzim and Fatah. They are behind terrorist acts.\" ZOA notes that Fatah claimed responsibility for the recent terrorist murders of Danny Yehuda and Doron Zisserman, among others, as well as other attempted murders.

Kol Rina News Agency reports that a Molotov cocktail was hurled at an Israeli car on the trans-Yehuda highway, between Adurah and the village of Idna. The car was damaged. Palestinians shot last night at an IDF post near the Jewish community of Yitzhar in Shomron; no one was hurt, and IDF soldiers returned fire.
